About the Author

Ojé Kendi is a Metro Atlanta based author of supernatural horror and suspense, an artist of all things strange and disturbing, and a wanderer of shadowy forest paths. He began his story-telling journey long ago, while guiding his friends and family through fantasy worlds as a Dungeon Master. Foreshadowing the writer he would one day become, those earlier forays of imagination were often dark, and full of terrors. When thinking of childhood, the comment he recalls receiving most often on his grade school report cards was, “wastes too much time daydreaming.” While unquestionably true, Ojé didn’t regret this observation back then, and doesn’t now. He currently spends most of his evenings with his lovely wife and 3 cats, most of his nights with his laptop and his stories, and most of his days dreaming, still. On rare occasion, he has had the pleasure of traveling to the northern regions of Georgia and visited the tucked away corner known as Harborage County. Such excursions have awarded him the opportunity to collect scattered secrets and haunting hints of the tales he endeavors to share with you. Think of him as a gatekeeper, and of his stories as the gateway to that eerie province found at the tail end of Appalachia, where the mysteries are as unsettling as they are alluring. The Twelfth of Never is his debut novel, and your first opportunity to venture beyond that gate.
